ASBESTOS DEFENSE LITIGATION GO BACK

Over the past 10 years, C.I.S. became increasingly involved in asbestos defense litigation for Tier 2 & 3 Defendants such as Lincoln Electric, Hobart, Keasbey, Garlock and Foster Wheeler.

We developed a program of investigating these issues that proved to be successful in defeating approximately 35 straight claims in a single class action. We performed hundreds of asbestos and other environmental tort investigations.

We combine field work and extensive research with industry and union contacts to formulate a new method of defending asbestos claims against class action lawsuits. Our investigation over the years included Naval Vessels and Navy Yards, Cement Plants, Skyscrapers, Power Stations and Manufacturing Plants.
